My name is Micah Mann. My sister Laura and I are full-time college students. I’m also the owner-operator of MannMade Sheds. I started this business with a simple goal: to build quality sheds with honesty and integrity for the people of Pensacola and the surrounding Gulf Coast area.

At MannMade Sheds, we hand-carry every block, board, shingle, and sheet of siding straight to the location where you want your shed built. 🪵🔨 Every piece is carefully installed and securely fastened—right there in your own yard. Most sheds are completed in just 1–2 days. ⏱️ When the work is done, we clean up our tools and scraps. 🧹 The only thing we leave behind is your brand-new shed. 🏠

Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ You choose your shed size and any options you’d like.
2️⃣ We’ll send you a simple, clear quote or invoice. 💬
3️⃣ To get on the schedule, we require a 60% deposit 💵.
4️⃣ The remaining 40% is due upon completion of your shed. ✅
5️⃣ Once the deposit is received, we’ll contact you to schedule your build—typically within a week or two. 📅

STEP TWO: Select the options that are included in your shed price.

DOORS - Choose from three door size options:  These are "shed" style doors that we make ourselves.

  • 36 inch single door -  There is plenty of room for bringing in the lawnmower and storage boxes.

  • 48 inch double door - The four foot double doors give you that extra room for bringing your storage items inside and organizing your yard tools.

  • 60 inch double door - Drive your lawn more right inside with these five foot wide double doors!

All our doors come with a locking handle and extra strong 6 inch hinges so they will not sag or bind over time.

Please Note:  Prices are subject to change based on current lumber and fuel costs.

CHOOSE YOUR SHINGLE COLORS:
Your new shed is going to look great with these 30-year architectural shingles. We use the best and highest grade available so that it will last and look great for many years to come!

PLEASE NOTE: Leveling of site up to 12 inches is free.  Depending on the size of the shed and how much extra leveling is required, there is an additional charge of $75 - $200 if over 12 inches.

PAINTING
Your shed siding comes with a 50 year limited warranty, but that warranty is void if not painted.  We now include custom painting in our shed prices.  Let us know your custom color.  We use Sherwin Williams paint.
If you desire to paint your shed yourself, we can offer you a $225 discount. 

WINDOWS -  Additional windows - $200/ea
All sheds under 80 square feet come with one window. 
All sheds 80 square feet and over come with two windows. 
Our shed windows are aluminum, single pane with dividers.  The bottom portion slides up an down and they have screens.

EXTRA DOORS
Extra set of double doors - $350
Extra single door - $300

WALL HEIGHT
Standard Side Wall is 6.5ft Tall - Included in Shed Price

STANDARD HOUSE DOOR - half light steel door, solid raised panel door, etc
As an option, we can install a house door with your shed.  Cost will be the price of the door plus $150 installation.
AND because standard doors require extra height for the rough opening, a minimum 7ft wall height must also be included together with this option.
Price of Door + $150 + $300 (7ft wall) or $375 (8ft wall) = total price of this extra add on

 

 

STORAGE LOFT - $17 per linear ft
32" Deep running across the end or width of the shed.  A great way to save floor space and store bulky items.

WORKBENCH - $15 per linear ft
24" deep running the full width of the shed.  Great for tool bench, potting bench, or to store boxes.

SHELVES -
16" wide shelf - $8 per linear foot
12" wide shelf - $6.50 per linear foot


HEAVY DUTY RAMP - $170  Sized to match your shed doors.
All treated lumber & decked with 5/4" decking boards.  Built to withstand heavy loads.

OLD SHED DEMO & REMOVAL - $10 per square ft
If you order one of our sheds and need your old shed removed, we charge $10 x square ft size of the old shed to be removed.  Example:  10x10 old shed = 100sqft.  So the price would be $1000 for us demo and remove.

ANCHORS - $275 
4 - 30" long, 3/4" diameter, auger type anchors with heavy gauge, galvanized, steel straps.

Terms and Conditions 

  • All sheds are built on-site (no need to remove fencing).

  • Free delivery and installation of all sheds.

  • Leveling of site up to 12 inches (additional charge if over).

  • Payment Options: A 60% down payment is required, and the balance is due upon completion. Payments can be made securely with a credit card.

  • This deposit will lock in your build day. 

  • Delivery: To ensure proper shed placement, we require somebody to be home on the morning construction begins. We will need access to power for construction. Please make sure an outlet is available for us to plug into.

  • Warranty: We offer a five-year structural warranty against defective materials and workmanship. Damage caused by accident, neglect, overloading, or natural disaster is not covered by this warranty.

  • Permits: We are not responsible for obtaining town permits, but I will help you as much as I can.
